I'm setting up a campervan and needed 3 sets of heavy duty rails for some drawers I'm building. After a lot of research I was leaning towards Dunn and Watson, but what really clinched it was when I called up to ask a few questions. The Dunn and Watson employee I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and provided great advice. I ordered the rails that same day and they were delivered by the end of the week. I've checked each one and they are solid, sliding smoothly, and the locking mechanisms are firm and working perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. DearSir/Madam, thanks for inviting me to share.Firstly let me say I have used other parts of your business to purchase various things,most drawer slides,that has been good. However  my recent purchase of a spinning vent was not to the same level.Because I chose to do a phone purchase rather than on line I felt like your sales rep was doing so under sufferance, like he was doing me a favour. Sure I can see its more cost effective and convenient for you to do exclusivel on line sales,but as an older person I am still getting used to that.Also I would say he was brisk and curt to the point of impatience...maybe he was having a bad day??So whilst I have been happy in the past this occasion has soured things, not sure if I will consider you with my next purchase.
