The sizes noted are the length of the runners from nose to tail in a closed position.
Does Base Mount I can fit these to the floor?
No, these runners still require a vertical wall to fit to. If you don't have access to side walls you can fit angle bar to the floor and use the vertical side of this extrusion as your side wall for installing the runners. The term base mount is used for these slides as you can drop your drawer into the base of the runners.
