24mm PVC ‘J’ Seal (Also known as PVC Single Leg Seal)
Seal suits 24mm door thicknesses at a miniumum. The advantage of the ‘J’ profile is that you are not limited to the thickness. Seal is sold in 3000mm Lengths. This seal is commonly used in conjunction with Truck Door Hinge.

What gap should I leave for internal leg to create seal?
We recommend you wait for PVC Seal to arrive before building your door however if this is not possible approximately 10mm gap is required for seal to fold down when door is closed.
