Offered in sizes from 80mm to 150mm, this weldable hinge supports heavy-duty use in toolboxes, trailer cabinetry, and camper van panels. It features a built-in grease nipple for simple upkeep, and installs with a fixed pin and brass washer for smooth pivot action.

Mountable in either lift-off or fixed configurations, the hinge consists of two tear-drop-shaped halves that can be welded on in either orientation. Whether you’re building a toolbox lid or a lockable trailer door, this hinge offers both style and reliability. And for a complete fitout, it integrates well with accessory ranges such as struts, handles, seals, and drawer systems.
